Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the websites, applications and other online products and services, including our games (collectively, the "Services"), provided by App Intel Studios and its affiliates ("App Intel Studios," "we," or "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility Criteria

If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Services only with a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms and is responsible for your use. The Services are for personal use only; organizations, companies, and businesses may not use them. You may not use the Services if you were previously suspended or removed, or where the Services are unavailable in your jurisdiction.

User Accounts

You may need an account for some Services. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. If you let others use your credentials, you are responsible for their actions.

User Content

You may be able to create, post, store, or share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant App Intel Studios a perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display your User Content and associated name, username, or likeness in all media now known or later developed, without compensation.

Community Guidelines

You are responsible for your conduct and agree not to:

• Engage in abusive, harassing, threatening, or predatory behavior.
• Use another user's account without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services.
• Bypass security or access areas or features you are not authorized to access.
• Develop or use apps that interact with the Services without prior written consent.
• Mine or scrape data, or ignore robots.txt instructions.
• Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes or in violation of these Terms.

You may post only non-confidential content you have rights to share. You may not post User Content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, misleading, invasive of privacy, solicits crime, contains private data without consent, or includes malware. We may remove User Content at any time.

Feedback

By submitting feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow App Intel Studios to use and exploit that feedback for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.

Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for losses arising from inability to access the Services.

Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms form the entire agreement for your use of the Services. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Section titles are for convenience only. Transactions and communications with us may be electronic at our option. These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the parties and do not create third-party beneficiary rights.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will provide notice (for example, by email, in-app notice, or by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date). Unless stated otherwise, changes are effective immediately. If you disagree, stop using the Services.
